Gaia is a product of Ubitech, a company founded in 2005 with a long track record in software engineering, product delivery, and R&D-led technical work.

Gaia is being built by a team that has already operated across complex enterprise and public-sector environments, including applied AI work delivered at national scale.

Ubitech began building Gaia in fall 2024 by turning lessons from its initial code-first, project-oriented AI delivery work into a platform: a more standardized and increasingly automated process for governed agent operations, co-development, governance, and confident execution.
